My story

Hi, I’m Thomas.

I’m a 21-year-old husband, dad, and a massive dreamer. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by reptiles, and after watching people like Steve Irwin, Brian Barczyk, and the Gator Boys, I knew I wanted to learn everything I could about them.

That passion really took off during my freshman year of high school when I started studying reptile husbandry. From that point on, I never stopped learning. By my senior year, I knew reptiles weren’t just a hobby anymore, they were what I wanted to build my future around.

Like a lot of people with big dreams, I spent a long time wondering what the “right” path looked like. My wife finally reminded me there isn’t one. Sometimes you just have to take the leap, trust yourself, and build your own path. That’s exactly how Curlin’s Exotics was born.

Today, I get to share my passion through educational shows, quality reptiles and products, and helping people of all ages learn to appreciate these incredible animals. Whether you’re buying your first reptile or have been keeping them for years, I’m grateful you’re here and excited to have you along for the journey.
